What you'll do- Assist the Institutional client service team in providing market-leading support to our European partners & underlying client base
- Develop a deep understanding of the introducing broker relationships we have in place & their specific services
- Build a comprehensive understanding of IG's products & capabilities
- Operate across the full sales cycle from first contact to ongoing support
- Gather information to understand the goals of our clients, explaining and tailoring solutions to meet those needs
- Gain a strong understanding of various financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds and commodities
- Answer queries, resolve disputes & explain complex financial products with clarity
- Local office collaboration - working closely with our European offices in client support
- Fluency in French is a must have (additional languages are an advantage)
- 1-2 years experience in sales/client service role with a strong interest in working in the financial services industry
- A strong client focus & commercial attitude
- Ability to build relationships with both financial institutions & individual retail clients
