Location: London
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + commission (OTE £80,000)
Hours: Monday - Friday

We're looking for a talented Senior Sales Consultant who speaks fluent Mandarin to join our growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional to capitalise on their language skills while building a lucrative career with excellent earning potential.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within Mandarin-speaking markets
• Build and nurture strong client relationships across English and Mandarin-speaking territories
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through to closure
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiations in Mandarin and English
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide insights on market trends and client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service

• Fluent Mandarin speaker (native or bilingual proficiency)
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
• Previous New Homes sales experience required
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• Self-starter with drive and ambition
• Understanding of Chinese business culture and practices is advantageous
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders

• Basic salary up to £45,000
