Travel Sales Consultant Indian Ocean and Caribbean
Base Salary £30,000 to £33,000, OTE £60,000
Location Hybrid - Central London or fully remote within the UK
Our client is a luxury travel company who are a well-established DMC that specialises in the Indian Ocean – Maldives, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and the Caribbean. They work with some of the UK's leading travel companies as well as internationally based clients.
Role OverviewTravel Sales Consultant – sells and books luxury accommodation to travel trade partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Book luxury accommodation in the Indian Ocean and the Caribbean selling to the travel trade only within the UK and internationally.
- Manage the customer journey throughout the entire sales process, providing consistent and excellent service.
- Answer phone call and email enquiries.
- Work to sales targets and apply upselling, cross selling and switch selling techniques.
- Previous travel sales experience essential.
- Strong travel product knowledge and destination knowledge of the Indian Ocean or Caribbean.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Base Salary £30,000 – £33,000, depending on experience.
- OTE £50,000 – £60,000.
- Monday to Friday role with very occasional weekends.
- Office, hybrid or fully remote options.
- 22 days annual leave.
