Senior Enterprise Account Executive

London (Hybrid)

Salary: £120 - £130k × 2 OTE

  • OTE: 230‑260K (50/50 split)
  • ⚡ Uncapped commission structure with accelerators (30% on self‑sourced, 70% on managed deals)

What They Need

They’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to manage 30‑50 enterprise accounts, build relationships with C‑level stakeholders, and close complex deals.

  • Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales and drive growth across a defined account set
  • Experience closing 7‑figure Enterprise deals
  • Build deep partnerships with business and technical leaders
  • Navigate complex decision‑making processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Consistently hit (and exceeded) revenue targets – exceeding 1m revenue targets
  • Bring strong SaaS and enterprise experience (10+ years total, 5+ in strategic sales)
  • Selling into major retailers is a big plus
