Macgregor Black are partnering with a well-established toy company on the search for a National Account Manager
. This is a permanent role based in London
.

As the National Account Manager
, you will be responsible for managing and developing key national retail customers within the UK toy market. You will own the commercial relationship, driving sales growth through effective joint business planning, range management, promotions and forecasting. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure strong execution in store and online, while using your retail and toy industry experience to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively and build long-term, profitable partnerships with your accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with major national retail accounts
  • Deliver sales, margin, and distribution targets
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, and terms
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with retail partners
  • Analyse sales performance, forecasts, and market data to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and sales support teams to ensure effective execution
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a National Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role
  • Experience with in the toy industry
  • Strong UK retail account management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Confident managing senior retail stakeholders
  • Organised, analytical, and results-driven
