Business Development Apprentice

We're working with an organisation that is leading the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) market, and they're looking to bring on two new apprentices!

This role drives revenue growth through lead generation, prospecting (outbound calls, social media, events), and exceeding monthly KPIs (calls, talk time, meetings generated). You will qualify opportunities, manage all activity in Salesforce CRM, and ensure data quality with Marketing.

• Apprenticeship:
  Enrolled in the Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship.
• External Training:
  Premium professional sales training with Pareto that is industry recognised.
• Internal Growth:
  Extensive Sales Academy training and cross‑functional work to prepare for promotion to a BDR.

• Must Haves:
  College/Sixth Form completion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

  Competitive basic plus uncapped commission. Guaranteed commission for the first three months.
