Account Manager

💰 £55-65K + Double OTE via an uncapped comms scheme.

📍 London - hybrid 2/3 days per week with flexibility

This is a well established UK based cloud and cyber services provider operating squarely in the Microsoft ecosystem. They support mid market and enterprise customers across Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud, cyber security, modern workplace and secure networking. The business has a strong reputation for long term customer relationships rather than quick wins and churn.

This role is all about growing what already exists. No cold hunting. No empty territory plans. You inherit a portfolio of active, spending customers and your job is to deepen relationships, uncover white space and turn trusted conversations into sustained revenue growth.

This is a pure farming role in the truest sense. You will be judged on how well you grow accounts, not how loudly you prospect. You will work in a close knit account team of around 15 people with a genuine mix of experience levels. If you are good but not yet the finished article, this is exactly the kind of environment that sharpens you fast.

You will also be selling solutions that actually matter. Secure cloud platforms, real cyber security outcomes, modern workplace and networking that customers rely on. If you enjoy being taken seriously by customers, this will suit you just fine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and develop a portfolio of existing, already spending customers
  • Build strong multi level relationships including senior and exec stakeholders
  • Identify and execute a clear account growth strategy focused on white space
  • Drive increased consumption across cloud, security, modern workplace and networking services
  • Work closely with pre sales and delivery teams to shape credible solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management without making it a full time job
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor rather than just a supplier
Ideal Experience
  • Proven background in account management within a Microsoft focused MSP, cloud services or cyber security business
  • Clear track record of growing existing accounts through strategy and stakeholder engagement
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud and security solutions at a commercial level
  • Comfortable talking outcomes rather than features
  • Not from a telco or connectivity led sales background
  • Ambitious, coachable and keen to level up by learning from people who have been there before
