JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to a Senior Key Account Manager (SKAM), the primary purpose of the E‑Commerce Junior Key Account Manager is to grow and develop current e‑commerce key accounts through a business‑to‑business consultative approach to realise sales growth, market share, brand visibility and profit targets within clearly defined key performance indicators.
The Junior Key Account Manager will beនា directly responsible for driving the growth and winning market share within 2‑3 assigned small online retailers, will be accountable for delivering, executing and achieving the e‑commerce objective which is to execute with excellence and lead best‑in‑class examples as a flagship market to deliver solid revenue sales. They will also consult with the SKAM on two large key accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop close working relationships alongside the SKAM at all levels with each key account through a consultative business‑to‑business approach.
- Support the SKAM in delivering set business targets, while taking direct ownership of the joint business plan and negotiations with certain smaller accounts, with the objective to grow sell‑out, consumer acquisition, market share and net revenue with each partner.
- With the SKAM, develop and drive a strategic joint business plan with each directly owned retailer, with clear building blocks of category and marketing activity, identifying areas for growth in partnership with the customer.
- Own the customer journey on and off site for each of your retailers with excellence in execution on aspects such as PDPs, reviews, copy, content, etc.
- Achieve all targets as set and agreed in consultation with the SKAM.
- Negotiate prime brand positioning in all targeted accounts.
- Identify business opportunities and help the Retail Media Manager to negotiate brand visibility and presence always on and in campaigns to increase ROI.
- Own the day‑to‑day forecasting and stock management (S&OP) for your key accounts, with monthly review with the demand planner and customer operations with the ops team.
- Support the SKAM on all financials, GTNご了承 rebate planning and post‑activity reporting.
- Collate consistent and accurate data and statistics working with the Commercial Data Analyst and the wider teams internally and externally across all our locations to ensure an efficient process.
- Own the individual logistical & commercial critical paths for each e‑commerce customer account, ensuring these are up to date and on track for each project.
- Ensure ghd master data is up to date and manage basic changes &.closest updates with customers.
- Management of the order process – delivering uzak both customer expectations and business objectives. Build relationships with the logistical teams from each account to ensure effective communication and a robust process.

- Proven account management experience, at National Account Executive level for 18+ months as a minimum.
