In the UK and Ireland
, NOCCO launched in 2018, followed shortly after by Barebells. Today, the two brands are present across multiple channels including grocery, online, convenience and sport and fitness. Vitamin Well joined the portfolio as the third brand in April of 2023. Working across the portfolio, means working together at a high pace with a focus on innovation and business advantages. It is the employees who make a difference every day and who are our main competitive advantage.

Reporting to the Head of Channel, the Field Sales Manager role is a key driver of our commercial success in the UK wholesale and convenience market. This is a hybrid role, combining offsite work with collaboration at our central London headquarters. While the role can be based anywhere in England, being located in the London area or the Midlands is considered an advantage due to proximity to the field sales team.
As Field Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of how we execute in the field – leading a team of seven field sales representatives in the UK.
In short your responsibilities will be:Sales Strategies & Commercial Implementation

Implement innovative strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales across the wholesale and convenience channel. Drive the execution of the commercial strategy with a strong ambition for growth.Team Development

Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, goal tracking, and supporting their personal growth.Monitoring Team KPIs

For example, sales performance by sales representative, number of visits per day and quality of customer visits, openings of new customers and tools to develop business (e.g., coolers).Field Team Support: Provide support for field teams through sales training and product training
Collaboration
:
Work with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing and sales strategies.Regional Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale customers for long‑term success.
Data Analysis
:
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Customer Field Information
:
Collect and provide feedback on customer field information.Competitive Monitoring
:
Keep track of competitors’ activities and market trends.

Essential Skills for Success:
Your experienceStrong track record in sales execution and developing a field sales team, preferably within FMCG and wholesale.
