We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to help us grow our branded content partnerships and help support the sales team in driving new business opportunities and renewals. You will focus on lead generation, and CRM management, whilst also supporting pre‑sales coordination and client relationship building. This role is perfect for someone who is commercially minded, organised, a people’s person and excited about digital culture and social media.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Research and identify prospective brand and agency clients across key sectors such as Entertainment, Travel, Tech, Retail, Pets and FMCG
- Build and maintain a high‑quality lead pipeline to support sales growth
- Proactively reach out to marketing decision‑makers, securing qualified intro calls and meetings
- Support sales lead‑gen sequences, including follow‑ups, invites, and event networking
- Assist in preparing media plans, pitch materials, and proposal decks
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Strategy, and Creative to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Track campaign progress and update stakeholders on deal status and performance
- Shadow sellers during in‑person and virtual pitches
- Manage and maintain our CRM system (Hub Spot) to ensure all data, deal stages, and contacts are accurate and up to date
- Log meeting notes, pipeline movements, and performance metrics
- Contribute to weekly sales reporting, lead tracking, and forecasting
- 1–2 years of experience in a media sales or brand partnerships role (internships or agency‑side experience also valued)
- Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships with new business prospects
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a proactive attitude
- Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets and willingness to develop CRM expertise (Hub Spot or Salesforce)
- A genuine passion for social media, advertising, and general internet culture, and an understanding of what makes social content work
