This is a great opportunity to join an established and well respected Estate Agency in London
. We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and motivated individual to join their team.

You will be an important member of the team and a key contact for both Vendors and Applicants. You will often be the first point of contact during the Sales process and an expert at communicating.

• Qualify applicants
• Arrange viewings
• Converting Enquiries into Market Appraisals
• Send out offer forms and negotiating terms with your buyers
• Upload new properties onto the portals
• Book in Photos for new instructions
• Progress your own deals
• Proficient usage of our CRM
• Manage your own diary

The client is looking for someone with prior experience in Estate Agency, a team player with the desire to grow and continuously develop.
