Senior Travel Designer – Europe
Base Salary £34,000. Guaranteed Commission of £47,000 for first 7 months. OTE £50,000 to £80,000.
Hybrid – Central (London) office.
Our client is a fast-growing luxury travel company that specialises in worldwide bespoke travel itineraries. They create unforgettable tours focused on personalised design, authentic experiences, and responsible travel.
Due to growth, they are now seeking a Senior Travel Designer to join their Europe team, featuring European tours, luxury rail journeys, and trips within Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, etc.
Candidates need to have previous travel sales experience and be well‑travelled across Europe, gaining first‑hand product knowledge of the region, culture, and people, and have a vested interest in responsible travel.

Responsibilities- Communicating with discerning guests by phone, video call, and email to gain a comprehensive understanding of their travel needs, interests, and passions.
- Curating bespoke itineraries tailored to each guest, incorporating sustainable, unique hotels and excursions in line with responsible travel practices.
- Closing sales effectively.
- Cultivating connections and building rapport with guests before, during, and after travel to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Extensive first‑hand personal travel knowledge within the European region.
- Deep passion for the European region and its culture, derived from first‑hand experience.
- Strong commitment to responsible travel.
