Can be based out of either our London, Glasgow or Manchester office.

About Gamma

Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). We provide voice, data, and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish, and Benelux business markets. Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of business opportunities in conjunction with the Managed Networks pre‑sales and direct sales teams.
  • Provide consultancy to aid customers in developing their Managed Network requirements, focusing on solutions for larger enterprise customers dealing directly with Gamma.
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into functional, effective, and appropriate solutions with strong knowledge of managed network products and services.
  • Provide consultative technical support for opportunities, bids, and proposals for customer solutions incorporating multiple core products and services.
  • Participate in customer solution presentations and meetings as required.
  • Help develop new and emerging team members through support and guidance.
  • Interface with Proposition Management to provide feedback on customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years demonstrable experience in a pre‑sales / sales engineering / customer solutions position with strong technical and commercial skills.
  • Experience working with Managed Networks solutions including SD WAN (Catalyst), Meraki, MPLS, and related connectivity technologies.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present to senior levels.
  • Excellent customer‑facing skills with a commercial, consultative approach.
  • Proficiency in producing technical sales proposals.
  • Agile, can‑do attitude and ability to deliver on requirements.
  • Home‑based role with travel as required.
