Richard James is delighted to announce the recruitment of a Luxury Sale Assistant for our flagship store on Savile Row, London, one of the world's most prestigious fashion and lifestyle destinations.

We seek an enthusiastic individual to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service to foster growth and brand loyalty, acting as a brand ambassador aligned with our business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge customers entering the store.
  • Possess excellent product knowledge, providing accurate information on features and benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and offer supportive advice.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation in accordance with company dress code.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and adapt service to meet customer requirements.
  • Support the store in achieving company budgets through your KPIs.
  • Protect company profits by maintaining accurate stock records and facilitating sales.

    • Requirements

    • Experience in the luxury MTM menswear or tailoring industry.
    • Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers thoughtfully and attentively.
    • Experience with tailoring and styling.
    • Proficiency in pinning and alterations.
