We're thrilled to be partnering once again with a major sporting events organisation after last year's huge success - and thanks to how fantastic our team was, we've been invited back for an even bigger and better event in 2026!
This year, we'll also be working closely with one of the key hydration sponsors, and for the first time ever, Office Angels managers will be onsite across all nine days to support, coordinate, and cheer on our team throughout the event.
We're looking for our very best people - reliable, energetic, proactive, and ready to represent the OA brand with pride.

Team Assistant (Temporary)

📅 Dates: 19th-29th March
🕐 Shift Times:
Various shifts between 6am and 11pm
💰 Pay: £13.85 per hour
(Flexibility is key - just let us know your availability!)
💥 This is a high energy, active role
You'll be on the go throughout the day: supporting athletes, helping spectators, moving between stations, managing queues, and keeping the event running smoothly.

📌 What the Stations Involve
ATHLETE REGISTRATION
Registration:
Check athletes in, issue bibs, wristbands, and timing chips (scanner use included).
Queue Management:
Manage flow, check tickets/, answer questions, and keep timings on track.
Chip Recovery:
Collect timing chips after the race.
Info Point:
Answer general questions with support from the event handbook.
Spectator Check In:
Scan tickets and issue wristbands. ATHLETE SUPPORT
Warm Up Zone:
Provide water, manage space, encourage athletes.
Water Station:
Distribute water on rotation throughout the day.
Bag Drop:
Organise bags by race number for smooth collection.
Recovery Zone:
Support sponsor partner areas, assist athletes, keep spaces tidy. EVENT WORLD (SPONSOR & MERCHANDISE AREAS)
Merchandise:
Assist with sales, stock management, and payments.
Coffee Partner Area:
Take orders, make simple coffees (quick training provided), process payments. 👕 Uniform
Event tshirt (provided and yours to keep!)
Dark/black unbranded bottoms and trainers
Bring a warm hoodie/jacket 🥤 Food & Drink
Snacks and water provided
Please bring your own lunch/dinner 🚗 Parking

Energetic, confident, proactive approach
