As Store manager, your role will be to :

• Representing the brand image to ensure an outstanding experience for both our customers and your team
• Promoting our collections, our know-how and our products to our customers,
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive environment
• Ensuring the management of the point of sale and the application of our commercial policy: team management, administration, stock management, loyalty, etc.
• Developing turnover and performance indicators, recruit, train and challenge your team
