The role of a Vuse Shop Retail Sales Advisor is to act as an ambassador for the Vuse vaping brand. The Sales Advisor is expected to maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times, demonstrating a helpful, polite, and courteous manner when interacting with customers, colleagues, and retail partners.

The role is predominantly customer-facing and involves engaging with shoppers to understand their needs, providing informed product consultations, and confidently recommending Vuse products best suited to each customer. The objective is to encourage purchase through excellent service and product knowledge.

As the Vuse Shop is located within a major travel hub at Victoria Train Station, an understanding of a wide range of customer types and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly is essential. Additionally, as the Shop‑in‑Shop operates within a WHSmith store, a positive, collaborative approach with the WHSmith team is key to ensuring a seamless and successful retail environment.
