Sales Assistant

Overview

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well". We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team in our Jermyn Street Flagship store in London. Contract hours are 8 or 16 per week (overtime also available). The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

• Offer exceptional customer service and maximise sales and KPI targets.
• Utilise expert product and selling knowledge to stay up to date with the latest store ranges and promotions.
• Support and actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the efficiency and success of the team and store.
• Perform stock-related tasks such as stock checks, replenishment and processing deliveries.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards, adhering to VM and Health and Safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting with a focus on customer service.
• High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently alone while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
