Our support teams are in the office three days a week to stay close to customers, as collaboration builds skills and creativity. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll do
- As an Assistant Buyer Advanced on Menswear, your key accountabilities will include: analysis of historical sales in line with trends and design direction to manage product mix parameters.
- Promote and support collaboration with Sourcing Offices globally to develop appropriate supply routes.
- Support the Buyer with the coordination and development of product Tech Packs.
- Work with the Buyer to manage the departmental critical path and actively participate in coordinating and presenting the range for sign-off.
- Manage BAAs to ensure efficient product and sample management across the buying floor.
- Work with the Buyer in setting and delivering the strategy for the department.
What you’ll do

Who you are
- Experience at least at Assistant Buyer level in a fashion retailer. Strong product eye and trend-focused mindset.
- Experience in Menswear, Sports or Jersey preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate junior team members.
- Experience of cost price negotiations and global sourcing.
- Critical Path Management. Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Role model for BAAs with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working vertically and laterally.
