Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Flagship Store Manager to lead our new flagship store in London, spanning approximately 500 sqm, consisting of a specialty coffee lounge (100 sqm) and a premium retail space (300 sqm) showcasing our full product portfolio.

This role goes beyond day-to-day store management. The successful candidate will act as a business lead and a key liaison between the London operations and the Head Office in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall management of the London flagship store, including retail and coffee lounge operations
  • Full responsibility for store performance, sales targets, and customer experience
  • Managing and supervising retail staff and coffee lounge team
  • Overseeing daily operations, inventory control, cash handling, and reporting
  • Ensuring premium brand standards across merchandising, service, and presentation
  • Acting as the main point of contact between London operations and Head Office in Qatar
  • Coordinating with finance, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams
  • Supporting product launches, events, and promotional activities
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and operational policies
  • Providing regular operational and performance reports to senior management
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, or Operations Manager in premium retail and/or F&B environments
  • Strong understanding of both retail operations and specialty coffee / café concepts
  • Experience managing large-format stores or multi-functional spaces is a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and represent the brand at a senior level
  • Experience acting as a bridge between local operations and international head office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial mindset
  • Based in London or willing to relocate
