• Reporting to the Boutique Manager and part of a team of 7
• Be the driving force behind boutique sales, delivering a five‑star styling experience to HNW & UHNW clients
• Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling
• Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
• Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in‑store presentation
• Maintain accurate client records and follow‑ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships
• Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time

• 3+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior Stylist or Senior Sales Consultant
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Your own HNW client book and the drive to keep growing it
• A passion for fashion, with your finger on the pulse of trends and editorials
• A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment
• Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player

Additional to the basic salary: £35K–£42K

• 2–3% commission on sales + monthly performance bonus
• Generous clothing allowance + 50–75% staff discount
• Contributory pension & additional benefits
