We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury retail boutique in the heart of Central London. The Store Manager will take full responsibility for driving commercial performance, leading and developing a high performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail leadership role within a premium or luxury brand
• A record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving operational excellence
• Experience managing stock integrity, audits, and compliance processes

• Commercially aware and confident using KPIs and sales data to inform decisions
