• Deliver premium brand experience to consumers using exceptional customer service skills and deep product knowledge.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support store departments by operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products, building visual displays, and recommending items to achieve sales targets.
• Leverage digital device expertise to bridge online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Continuously improve knowledge through tools and training courses to stay current on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.
