Barista and Waiter​/Waitress

Hello Everyone,. We are Uncommon, a popular and established coffee shop/ delicatessen.. We are growing our team in our newest shop near Tate Modern museum in the hearth of London’s South Bank.. We are looking for new happy individuals to join our team.. You must have previous experience as a barista ( Latte art is a plus) :). SMILE IS A KEY :).

We are self ordering, but carrying with a tray. Floor/waiter,waitress experience is also a plus.. You must have previous experience as a shop assistant/ shop keeper and passion about food and drink produce.. Duties as below;. Greeting every single guests and customers who enter the shop. Provide Excellent Food and Drink standards. Be involved in stock control and management. Assisting guests to find the goods and products they are looking for.

Being responsible for processing card payments. Stocking shelves with merchandise. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor or manager. Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers. Keeping the store tidy and clean( this includes hoovering and mopping). Responsible dealing with customer complaints. Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays. We are offering competitive pay rate, staff food, additional discount for rest of the food, discount for retail and monthly bonus based on sales targets..
