• Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail management; boutique environment experience ideal.
• Strong CRM experience is a must.
• Hands‑on, operational leadership style with a passion for coaching and inspiring teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness, sales analysis, and people management skills.
