- Act as a Lancôme brand ambassador, delivering personalised service and maintaining merchandising standards.
- Stay trend‑forward with the latest makeup, skincare and wellness trends to give expert advice.
- Consistently execute the Lancôme service model for a premium, personalised experience.
- Demonstrate products, immerse customers in Lancôme heritage, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques.
- Consistently achieve individual and counter sales goals.
- Build authentic relationships with customers, both in‑store and digitally, fostering loyalty.
- Inform customers of in‑store events, promotions and brand activations.
- Design and execute engaging events and animations that drive interest and excitement.
- Represent Lancôme on social media, adhering to company guidelines.
- Participate in team efforts and complete required training for product knowledge.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping for a clean counter environment.
- Comprehensive onboarding with in‑person and online modules for the first three months.
- Continuous learning through training, mentorship and peer engagement.
