About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in the menswear section. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in menswear and luxury retail, with excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalised styling and product advice.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the menswear collection and ensure the shop floor is always well-presented.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing stock.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets through confident client engagement.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Previous retail experience, ideally in menswear or premium fashion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Passionate about menswear and styling.
