We are looking for a Personal Tailor at our Hackett Savile Row Store to create a memorable brand experience for our customers and contribute to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service while promoting the brand image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus:
    Demonstrate that the customer is the key and deliver impeccable customer service.
  • Greet customers on entry and maintain contact while they are in the store.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate help to ensure an impeccable experience.
  • Develop excellent knowledge of up-to-date product and unique selling points to promote benefits.
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on products and services to meet expectations.
  • Escalate customer requests or problems to ensure resolution in line with company standards.
  • Live and breathe the seven Hackett values.
Achieve Results
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets.
  • Understand store KPIs and how to influence them.
  • Maintain awareness of Brand image and competitors.
  • Be proactive with ideas to increase sales.
  • Use mailing cards and brochures to attract and retain customers.
  • Be aware of services in-store such as alterations, bespoke services, made to order, click and collect, etc.
  • Know your best sellers and suggest complementary purchases (cross-selling and up-selling).
  • Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist, advise and help train other staff.
Store and Stock Standards
  • Constantly replenish products on the shop floor to ensure visual merchandising standards.
  • Minimize stock loss through awareness and prevention techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance.
  • Complete any other tasks as required by the business needs.
  • Be a good ambassador for the brand and develop good relationships with management and colleagues.
  • Understand stock loss expectations and ensure accurate sales transactions.
Required Experience
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
  • Impeccable customer service skills and outstanding sales skills.
  • Able to work within a team and use initiative.
  • Well presented with excellent English communication.
