You will inspire your team to generate sales & profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience whilst ensuring the store is visually distinctive & impeccably maintained.

• Be able to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive business.
• Build the outlet for customers; make further product recommendations and drive our store KPI’s.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers, securing regular clientele.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop floor maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
• Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.

• Previous track record within hospitality or retail; effective communicator and collaborator.
• Inspire trust, recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others.
• Adaptive and can act with purpose in driving sales using digital platforms.
• Fast learner, insight into current and future trends, and ability to thrive in a team environment.
