Join our prestigious Bond Street Flagship store as a Executive Sales Associate where you will deliver best‑in‑class customer experience through personalized service and expert product knowledge. As the front‑line ambassador of the Ralph Lauren brand, you will focus on building lasting relationships with clients while elevating the brand through exceptional product presentation and storytelling.
Business Client Development- Deliver an extraordinary best‑in‑class and personalized level of service to maximize sales and commercial opportunities in store and via out‑reach.
- Perform to expert level to build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs & top clients.
- Initiate & execute bespoke events & experiences for your clients.
- Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code.
- Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador & representative to effectively network and remain up to date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, campaigns.
- Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge.
- Expert of Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures.
- Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation.
- Attend the buys & communicate product and client feedback to buyers & managers.
- In store clienteling expertise.
- Knowledge or background in styling and/or personal shopping.
- Passionate, and results‑driven team player.
- Premium/luxury environment essential.
- Excellent communication skills with in‑depth brand and product knowledge.
