Repair Studio Assistant – 40 hours per week + bonus

Samsonite, a worldwide leader in travel bags, seeks a confident, charismatic, self‑motivated individual to join our repair studio in London. The role blends commercial, operational and customer‑service responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Engage with the team and drive teamwork.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Assess and diagnose suitcase issues promptly and accurately.
• Perform efficient and high‑quality repairs.
• Maintain a neat and organised workspace.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new industry trends and suitcase technologies.
• Communicate politely and clearly with customers who visit the repair studio or call/message.

• Constant standing, bending, frequent lifting of luggage up to 15 kilos.
• Repairs experience in general, or a propensity to learn the trade.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in retail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Team player and motivator.
• Organisational skills.
• Good command of English.
• Flexibility.
• Frequent local travel between stores and hotels within London.
