Temaki Mayfair is looking for a Chef de Partie with a passion for Japanese cuisine to join our team for an exciting new restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair. We specialise in premium-casual Japanese food, focusing on hand-rolls, sushi, and modern Japanese dishes, delivered with precision, quality, and consistency.

Chef de Partie (Full-time)
- Running a section during prep and service
- Preparing and cooking Japanese dishes to a high standard
- Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety
- Supporting junior chefs and kitchen porters
- Working closely with senior chefs to deliver smooth service
- Previous experience in Japanese cuisine preferred
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with good communication skills
Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for chefs looking to deepen their Japanese cooking skills.
