• Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is prompt, professional, and welcoming
• Greet guests warmly and create a comfortable, friendly atmosphere throughout their dining experience
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to confidently assist and guide guests
• Follow departmental standard operating procedures to maintain consistent service excellence
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service flow and smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in line with Hyatt brand expectations

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for guest service
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to create memorable experiences
