We are seeking an outstanding Cocktail Bartender to join our opening team and be part of this exciting new chapter.

As a Cocktail Bartender, you will showcase exceptional mixology skills, deliver warm and polished service, and play a key role in bringing the bar concept at Sale e Pepe Mare to life. The Cocktail Bartender will support the smooth and efficient running of the bar across all services. Working closely with the bar and front-of-house teams, you will craft exceptional drinks, anticipate guest needs, and help create a vibrant, elegant, and memorable experience for every guest who visits the restaurant or bar.

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium, fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong mixology skills with passion for cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Impeccable attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation and presentation
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to grow and learn
• Full ownership and accountability in your role
• Ability to follow and uphold service and bar standards
• Drive and ambition to grow within a leading hospitality group
• Proof of right to work / pre-settled or settled status in the UK
