- Bar and Wait casual staff at Lord's, the Home of Cricket. MCC is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team ahead of another exciting cricket season at Lord's.

• To provide excellent food and beverage service to all customers
• Enthusiastic attitude and proactive approach to all areas of service and hospitality
• Ensure knowledge of all menus
• Effectively and efficiently deal with customer feedback
• Must always be presentable and punctual
• Complete all training both in person and online as required
• Able to positively engage with the wider Lords team and uphold the core values of the MCC

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS - SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
• Good customer service skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and complete all required training, both in person and online
• Good communication skills and someone who is happy to speak to customers to offer recommendations and information
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and thrive on a challenge
• Good food and beverage knowledge
• Take pride in contributing to the enjoyment of our guests
• A high standard of personal presentation and hygiene
• Hard working and proactive in solving issues and queries that may arise
