We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our opening team and play a key role in bringing the flavour and essence of Italian coffee culture to life at Sale e Pepe Mare. As a Barista, you will deliver exceptional coffee and café-style beverages, provide warm and polished service, and embody the spirit of Italian hospitality.

The Barista will support the smooth and efficient running of the bar and café service, particularly during breakfast and daytime operations. Working closely with the bar and front-of-house teams, you will prepare high-quality beverages, anticipate guest needs, and help create a vibrant, elegant, and memorable experience for every guest who visits the restaurant or bar.

• Previous experience as a Barista in a premium, fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and café-style beverages
• Impeccable attention to detail and consistency in drink presentation
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to grow and learn
• Full ownership and accountability in your role
