Overview

Previous experience as a Barista and a real passion for coffee. Bags of energy, your own personality - and we can teach you the rest! A natural talent and passion for hospitality. Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles. Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales.

Lounges are pretty special places, and what makes them so special are the brilliant people who run them - and you ll be one of them. As a Barista, you re a natural when it comes to making great coffee and generally making our guests feel welcome.

As well as creating the perfect coffee, you ll have a hand in all things front of house such as waiting tables and running food and enjoying the feeling of seeing our regulars, knowing you ve made their day a little brighter.
