This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional to lead the front-of-house operation of a prestigious restaurant renowned for excellence, refinement, and warm, intuitive service.
The RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance of the restaurant, leading day-to-day operations in close collaboration with the General Manager and Executive Chef. You will play a pivotal role in positioning CORD as one of the City’s premier dining destinations, with a clear ambition to achieve and sustain prestigious accolades, including Michelin recognition.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences
- Driving financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, cost control, and revenue-growth initiatives
- Upholding the highest standards of service, presentation, and attention to detail
- Building strong guest relationships and fostering loyalty and repeat business
- Developing and implementing staff training, performance management, and people-development strategies
- Overseeing purchasing, inventory control, and compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements
- Staying attuned to industry trends and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance operations and the guest journey
You are a polished, confident, and passionate hospitality leader with a strong background in premium dining environments. You bring gravitas without formality, warmth without compromise, and lead by example on the floor.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager (or similar senior FOH) role within high-end or Michelin-starred restaurants
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- A demonstrable track record of leadership, coaching, and team development
- Impeccable attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A genuine passion for food, excellent wine knowledge, and awareness of current hospitality trends
- Immaculate personal presentation and a natural sense of professionalism
- A positive, can-do attitude with confidence, enthusiasm, and personality
