As a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in maintaining Gaia’s signature service standards and ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining journey.

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service that reflects Gaia’s Mediterranean spirit.
• Prepare and maintain your section to the highest standard, ensuring a flawless guest-ready environment.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Gaia’s concept, menu, wines, and signature cocktails.
• Engage with guests confidently, taking orders with precision and noting dietary or allergy requirements.
• Work seamlessly with runners, bartenders, and management to maintain smooth service flow.
• Maintain a spotless, fully stocked waiter station with polished glassware and equipment.
• Manage orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Support management by communicating guest feedback and assisting in service enhancements.

• Previous experience in a luxury or high‑end hospitality setting is essential.
