• Bring previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar high-end restaurant or luxury hotel role.
• Possess strong knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties, vintages, and service techniques.
• Confidently recommend and discuss wines to enhance the guest experience.
• Work closely with the culinary team to deliver thoughtful food and wine pairings.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and guest-focused service.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy environment.
