We are looking for an experienced and confident Bar & Waiting Staff member to join our team in the vibrant South Kensington area. This is a dual‑role position covering both bar service and waiting duties, so flexibility and strong customer service skills are essential. A valid Personal Licence is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high‑quality bar service with a professional and friendly approach

* Provide efficient waiting service, including taking orders and serving food and drinks

* Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness across bar and dining areas

* Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to support smooth service

* Assist with stock rotation, stock takes, and placing stock orders when needed

* Demonstrate strong knowledge of bar operations and drinks service

Requirements

* Previous bar experience is essential

* Must hold a valid Personal Licence

* Experience in waiting/table service

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and use initiative

* Reliable, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure

* Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service

Experience

* Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
