We’re looking for hospitality experts to join our East London kitchen team.

Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London’s best suppliers (Natoora, Shrub, Flock & Herd, Wild Farmed, Fin & Flounder). Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens and with this in mind we are always trying to establish outside‑of‑the‑box thinking and waste mitigation techniques. Currently running at 2‑3%, we achieve this through fermenting, pickling and reusing our bi‑waste where possible.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.

• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience.
