We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Chef de Partie – Appetizers to join the kitchen at Shanghai Me
, a luxury Asian restaurant delivering refined flavours and high-energy dining. You’ll play a key role in crafting elegant starters and cold dishes, setting the tone for the guest experience, and working within a fast-paced, premium kitchen environment.

• Prepare and execute high-quality appetizers, starters, and cold dishes.
• Ensure flavour, consistency, and presentation meet our luxury standards.
• Maintain excellent organisation and cleanliness during service.
• Work efficiently as part of a dynamic brigade in a high-volume setting.
• Support prep, stock rotation, and daily kitchen operations.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie (minimum 2 years).
• Background in Asian or high-end international kitchens preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and plating skills.
• Calm, reliable, and organised under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a Mali passion for food and learning.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
