Support the Restaurant and Events Manager in overseeing the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, style, and guest experience at all times. - Inspire the team
:
Motivate and guide the team to work as one, delivering efficient, friendly, and on‑brand service. - Be present on the floor
:
Jump in during peak hours to lead from the front, resolve guest concerns, and ensure smooth service flow. - Own the details
:
Support with stock management, team scheduling, compliance, SOP adherence, and upholding brand and hygiene standards. - Bring ideas to life
:
Contribute to promotions, activations, and new concepts in collaboration with the wider Food & Drink and Marketing teams. - Support performance goals
:
Help manage costs, drive upsell initiatives, and support the Restaurant Manager in meeting key targets.
You’re dynamic, hands‑on, and passionate about guest experience. You’ll thrive in this Assistant Restaurant Manager role if you bring:
- Previous experience in a restaurant supervisor or assistant manager role
- Knowledge of food and beverage service within a hotel or lifestyle setting
- Great communication skills and the ability to lead a shift
- Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g. Opentable, Seven Rooms, etc.)
- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive team performance
- A collaborative, people‑first leadership style
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for local culture, food, and hospitality
