• Work the oven – Operate our pizza oven with care and precision, delivering perfectly cooked pizzas with a crisp base and golden crust every time.
• Prep with purpose – Make fresh dough, sauces and toppings daily, ensuring consistency, quality, and flavour across every component.
• Own your section – Keep your area spotless and well‑stocked throughout service, handling mise‑en‑place, stock rotation and allergen management with confidence.
• Add your flair – Contribute to pizza specials and seasonal offerings. Your ideas are welcome on our menu.
• Lead by example – Work closely with the kitchen brigade, supporting the team and stepping up when needed.
• Maintain high standards – Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times. Keep things clean, organised, and guest‑ready.

You’re passionate about pizza and proud of your craft. You’ll thrive in this Pizza Chef role if you bring:

• Proven experience making pizza in a high‑volume kitchen or pizzeria
• Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation, shaping, and oven techniques
• Confidence working independently and as part of a brigade
• Strong understanding of food safety, portion control and allergen procedures
• Creativity in combining classic and contemporary flavour profiles
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• A collaborative, can‑do attitude and great communication skills
