We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Commis or Che de Partie chef who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and advance to the next level. Our cuisine combines African, British, and Caribbean flavours with a contemporary style. Key duties include:

• Assisting the head chef with daily preparations
• Maintaining hygiene standards in line with Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certification
• Learning the menu and recipes
• Working professionally to meet customer expectations

Requirements:

• Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certification
• Personal protective equipment (safety shoes, chef hat, uniform, apron)
• Basic kitchen operation knowledge
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including weekends and evenings
• Basic knife skills and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and good time‑management skills
