• Experience:
  
  Previous role as a Bartender or Senior Bartender in a quality restaurant or bar

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, respecting quality and presentation standards.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
• Lead and support junior bar staff, sharing expertise and maintaining a team‑oriented environment.
• Engage guests with knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced kitchen, ensuring ROKA’s high standards are consistently met.

• Previous experience in a high‑end restaurant or bar, preferably as a Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor.
• Hands‑on, inspiring, and confident under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and creative mixology.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and beverages.
