Bar Douro London Bridge is located under the railway arch, our counter seating and an open kitchen adds theatre an intimacy.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, ensuring they run smoothly by organising and prioritising the workload in order to meet targets and deadlines. You will lead by example, setting high standards and expectations for your team and delivering a guest experience in line with the company vision and values. By providing clear direction, offering guidance, and motivating the team, you will help them reach their full potential.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role
• A natural leader with passion for hospitality, wine and people
• Charismatic, organized with an approachable personality
• Focused in quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction with a “hands on” approach
• Dynamic with the ability to adapt and multitask
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial aspects
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop your career
