SALARY: Up to £55k + 20% bonus

As a Senior Research Manager you will own key account relationships with a focus on thought leadership, brand research, market understanding, product development and more!

• Owning key account relationships, spending time understanding the priorities and needs for clients
• Being a quality gatekeeper, ensuring that the work delivered is something to be proud of
• Getting involved in the day to day across quantitative projects

• Demonstrates values: friendly, flexible, forthright, fast, while managing projects and supporting junior colleagues effectively.
• Passionate about teamwork, client relationships, and delivering high-quality, bespoke research that uncovers insights and drives results.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and innovative, able to handle both quick-turnaround projects and longer-term strategic initiatives.
