Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced Sales Managers to support and accelerate Optimus London’s growth across Central London
. This is a commission-only role
, ideally suited to commercially driven professionals who already operate within the Prime London property, hospitality, or UHNW services space.
This position offers significant earning potential
, high autonomy, and a clear pathway to long-term involvement within the company for high performers as the business continues to scale.
- Identify, develop, and secure new clients for luxury property management, short-let, and concierge services
- Leverage an existing Central London network to generate immediate business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, investors, UHNW individuals, and corporate clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with estate agents, developers, relocation firms, and advisory businesses
- Represent Optimus London professionally across meetings, presentations, and client engagements
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals aligned with premium service expectations
- Work closely with internal operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of discretion and professionalism
- Proven experience in business development within luxury property management, real estate, hospitality, or concierge services
- Have strong, active networks across Central London
, including Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Belgravia, Marylebone, and surrounding prime locations - Already engage with landlords, investors, developers, estate agents, relocation firms, or UHNW clients
- Are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating on a commission-only basis
- Are interested in growing with the company long term
, not just closing short-term deals
We are specifically looking for a candidate who:
- Has genuine access to high-value clients in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Belgravia, Marylebone, and wider Central London
- Proven sales or business development experience in luxury property, real estate, hospitality, concierge, or related sectors
- Understands the expectations of UHNW clients and luxury property owners
- Is entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about helping shape a growing brand
- Can confidently represent a premium service offering with absolute professionalism
